Access Control
Access to client information is limited to a small group of advisors on a need-to-know basis. Accounts use strong authentication, least-privilege permissions, and prompt revocation when no longer required.
Data Handling
Working materials reside in reputable cloud providers with encryption at rest and in transit. We avoid copying data to unmanaged devices, and we remove project artifacts when an engagement ends or sooner upon request, unless retention is legally required.
Third-Party Providers
We use infrastructure, email, calendaring, analytics (if enabled), and document platforms that meet industry security standards. Providers are selected for reliability, encryption support, access controls, and compliance commitments appropriate to their services.
Monitoring and Updates
Systems and dependencies are patched regularly. We review access logs for unusual activity, rotate credentials as needed, and adjust controls when scope or team members change.
Incident Response
If we detect unauthorized access, data loss, or a suspected incident, we investigate promptly, contain the issue, and notify affected contacts with relevant details, impact, and remediation steps.
Business Continuity
Critical systems rely on cloud providers with high availability. We keep redundant copies of key project materials and can operate remotely to maintain continuity of advisory services.
Client Responsibilities
Clients remain responsible for securing their own environments, accounts, and data. Our guidance supplements, but does not replace, client-side security controls and monitoring.
